National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) Community Energy event

SCE was very recently represented on the panel at the annual National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) Community Energy event for the Midlands Region by Board member Mike Kinghan. Much of the event was centred on outlining the support offered to community energy now and in the future by NGED and discussion on the new GBE initiatives. Many of the attendees were from relatively small groups and Mike was able to draw on his experience of founding and supporting the development of SCE to reflect on the opportunities offered by the new GBE support.
